DeVane continues her exploration of garden motifs and arboreal symbolism in Garden of the Heart (2021, pp. 176–177), a delightful confection in yellows, blues, and purples. DeVane has collaged a variety of open-work, lacy elements that suggest the floral delights of a garden.
